Sprayable activated zeolite for regenerative agriculture INGREDIENTS Zeolite – main ingredient is silicon.
Si (als SiO2) 69,98%;Al (als Al2O3) 11,95%; Ti (als TiO2) 0,126%; Total Fe (als Fe2O3) 1,29%; Ca (als CaO) 2,71%; Mg (als MgO) 0,71%; Mn (als MnO) 0,012%; K (als K2O) 3,5%; Na (als Na2O) 0,379%; P (als P2O5) <0,05%
Natural zeolite contains 35 trace elements that contribute to the plant’s resistance.
Silicon plays an important role in growth, mineral metabolism, and the plant’s resistance to mechanical influences, fungal infections, and herbivores. (Rudolf Steiner says that silicon oxide brings cosmic forces to the plant).
GOAL: nutrient-rich foods.
Why does zeolite need to be tribomechanically micronized?
The AIR2AIR Activation Technology is a specially developed micronization process. In this so-called tribomechanical micronization and activation, the zeolite is not ground, but the particles collide with each other at high speed and crush themselves. This means there is no abrasion (as with ball mills) and the material has a high basic energy and purity. This means that this process has no effect on the chemical composition of the raw material, on the contrary – the crystal lattices remain and are not crushed, and the electrostatic charge, the particle surface and the ion exchange capacity are optimized and increased.
USE / APPLICATION AREAS of ZEOLITE in agriculture:
For plant strengthening and spraying of all crops.
WHY INJECT ZEOLITE?
- protects the plant from excessive water and sun stress
- supplies the plant with minerals (trace elements)
- prevents the formation of mold, bacteria and parasites
- activates the plant’s metabolism
Another effect is mechanical: the silicate particles look like small pieces of glass. They do not change and remain on the leaf surface. And they have a very nice side effect: all insects that have sensory organs in their legs find this unpleasant and will therefore stay away from the plant because it is unpleasant. We have a repellent here through a physical process. And some of the particles are so fine that they disturb and block the respiratory organs of unwanted insects, i.e. mites, aphids. They do not like the silicate because it attacks the gills. We have a lot of insects that find the foliar fertilizer to be a repellent.
DOSAGE OF SPRAYABLE ZEOLITE:
3kg/ha in approx. 200-400 liters of water
Spray nozzle diameter: 150 to 300 µm
Spray pressure: ≥ 3 bar
Use wetting agent: 1 drop per 1 liter of water (= approx. 0.5l per 500 liters of water)
The product can be combined with all commercially available fertilizers and plant protection products.
It is best to spray in the early morning or late evening.
